This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ("Statement") derives from the JDStats LLC Principles, and governs our relationship with users and others who interact with JDStats LLC. By using or accessing NCAA Stat Pages, you agree to this Statement.
1. Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use NCAA Stat Pages and its services, and how we collect and can use your content and information.
2. Sharing Your Information
Under no circumstances do we share your personal information with any 3rd party or affiliate of our site. Your personal information is used by JDStats LLC in order to communicate or contact you regarding our site and its services. Should you wish to terminate any communications that we send to you, we will provide you an opt out link to remove you from our mailer announcements.

We do our best to keep NCAA Stat Pages safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:
4. Registration and Account Security
NCAA Stat Pages does not store any sensitive information in cookies when registering. Our password security encryption utilizes Bcrypt and all passwords stored in our database cannot be decrypted by anyone, including our staff. The only time your password is known is at the time of registration when credentials are e-mailed to you. All subsequent password resets are randomly generated and encrypted at the time of request.
NCAA Stat Pages users provide their name, e-mail address, and password at the time of registration. In addition, we capture security information to track user analytics such as browser types, i.p. addresses, server region and country, and last sign-in time. This information is tracked for security purposes only.
Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:
5. Mobile Services
We currently provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, will still apply.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
If you make a payment on NCAA Stat Pages or use mobile credits on NCAA Stat Pages for a subscription, you agree to our Payments Terms.
7. Social Networking and Sign-in Services
NCAA Stat Pages provides additional sign-in services from Google, Facebook, and Twitter hereby known as ("Additional Providers"). These sign-in services cannot be added until you first register your account. These services are meant to help you better manage how you would like to login to our site. Any information shared with NCAA Stat Pages is subject to the terms provided by these Additional Providers at the time of request and acceptance.
8. Termination
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of NCAA Stat Pages to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account at any time. In all such cases, this Statement shall terminate, but the following provisions will still apply: 2.a, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10.
9. Disputes
You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to this Statement or NCAA Stat Pages exclusively in a state or federal court located in Delaware. The laws of the State of Delaware will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
